Logos, colours, type and copy you can paste, for anyone writing about SwarmUp or putting the mark somewhere. Most of it you can use without asking us. The short list of things to ask about first is at the top, rather than buried at the bottom.
What you can use
Mostly, yes.
You do not need our permission for any of the following, and you do not need to tell us first. If what you want to do is not on either list, ask and we will answer.
Go ahead
- Use the logo to link to swarmup.ai, or to say your community runs on SwarmUp.
- Put the mark in a deck, a comparison table, an integrations page or a talk.
- Write about SwarmUp, including critically, using anything on this page.
- Resize any asset, as long as you keep its proportions and clear space.
- Use the colours and the type in something about SwarmUp.
Ask first
- Do not use the mark as your own product's icon, or inside your own logo.
- Do not suggest SwarmUp endorses, sponsors or partnered with you unless we have said so in writing.
- Do not use the mark on merchandise for sale without asking first.
- Do not redraw, recolour or rebuild any asset. If you need something that does not exist here, ask and we will make it.

Say it the way
we would say it.
Three lengths, so you do not have to write it yourself. Copy any of them as they are. The long one says that SwarmUp is not open yet, which we would rather you kept in than took out.
Short, about 40 words
SwarmUp is a workspace for running a Discord server and a Telegram group together: one rulebook, one moderation policy, and one record of every decision. AI never bans a member on its own, and every action carries evidence and an undo.
Long, about 90 words
SwarmUp is community operations for Discord and Telegram, run from a single workspace. Moderation, campaigns, analytics and rewards share one rulebook and one record, so a decision made on one platform is visible on the other. Every action it takes carries the evidence behind it, the rule that fired, who owned it and a way to undo it, and anything high-risk waits for a person. SwarmUp is not open to the public yet. Moderation is the core of the product and runs today; engagement and rewards are still in testing.
Assets
The files.
All vector, so they stay sharp at any size, and each one also comes as a PNG at three sizes for the doc, deck or upload form that will not take an SVG. The first four take the colour of the text around them, so in a web page one file covers both grounds. The reversed four have paper baked in, for a slide or an email where nothing sets a colour and the default would land black on black. A PNG cannot adapt like that, so the default set bakes ink and the reversed set bakes paper; the ground stays transparent in both. The lime in Up is fixed in all of them. Logo
The logo and
its rules.
A slanted SUP monogram with the name below it or beside it. The monogram is drawn, not typed. The name is set in a geometric sans and converted to outlines, so both halves are one drawing and neither can be reset by hand. One rule carries the colour: everything is the ink of its surface except Up, which is always lime.
One drawing, two grounds
There is no separate light file and dark file. The monogram and the word Swarm take the colour of the type around them, and Up holds the lime on both. Put the logo on ink and it turns paper by itself.
The exception is a lime or acid ground, where Up would vanish. There, set the whole logo in one colour.
Clear space
Clear space on all four sides equals the cap height of the name, which is the height of the S in SwarmUp. In the horizontal lockup that is 40% of the monogram's height, because the name is drawn at 40% of it. Nothing enters that box: no type, no rules, no image edge, no other logo.

How small it goes
The monogram is cut by thin diagonal gaps. They are what makes it read as SUP rather than as a block, and they are the first thing to go. Measured on paper at 1x, the floor is 120px for the horizontal lockup, 86px for the stacked one, 56px for the name alone and 32px for the monogram alone.
Nothing is drawn below 32px. A 16px favicon is the monogram scaled down and it does not hold. If you need a mark for that size, ask for one rather than shrinking this.

Hex is canonical. Copy any swatch. If you are matching SwarmUp in your own material, these seven are the whole palette, and acid is the only one that needs a rule.

The acid rule
Acid is never body text on paper. It is a marker on paper, and text only on ink. That is not a close call, it is a measurement.
Acid marks one live thing per view. If two things are acid, neither is.

This page carries what most people need. It does not carry everything, and we would rather draw you the right file than watch you rebuild one of these by hand.

- The lockup on a background colour we have not drawn
- A size or crop that none of these cut cleanly to
- Whether a specific use is fine, if the two lists did not settle it
