One address.
Nothing else.

The only thing this site asks you for is an email address, and the only reason it asks is to tell you when the workspace opens. This page says what happens to it, who else can see it, and how to get it back out. It is short because there is not much to describe.

What we hold

Four columns.

The launch list is one table in one database. This is all of it, and the schema that makes it is in src/lib/db.ts if you would rather not take our word.

Every column in the launch-list table
ColumnWhat it holds
emailThe address you typed, lowercased so one person cannot become two rows.
sourceWhich form you used: the top, middle or foot of the home page, or one of the product pages.
created_atThe moment you submitted it.
idA number, so the row can be pointed at.

Why we hold it

To send you one email.

You gave us an address so we could tell you when SwarmUp opens. That is consent, and it is the only ground we rely on. There is no legitimate-interest argument sitting underneath it as a backstop: withdraw, and there is nothing left holding the address.

Cookies and counting

None, until you say yes.

This site sets no cookies of its own. Not for sessions, not for preferences, not for the form. There is exactly one cookie in play, it belongs to Google Analytics, and it stays switched off until you allow it.

Who else touches it

Two companies.

Nobody is given the list. These two are the infrastructure it runs on, which is a different thing, but they can technically reach it and so they are named.

Companies that can technically reach the list
CompanyWhat they touch, and why
RailwayRuns this website and the database the list lives in. They host it; they have no use of their own for it.
GoogleAnalytics, and only once you have allowed it. Google is in the United States, so allowing analytics means data about your visit is handled there. It never includes your email address.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us not to.

Your address stays on the list until you tell us to remove it. Mail hello@swarmup.ai and it is deleted, same day where we can, and we do not ask why.

What you can make us do

All of this, for free.

If you are in the UK or the EU, these are rights you have in law. We do not intend to check where you are before honouring them, so treat them as things anyone on this list can ask for.

Asking

One address for all of it.

SwarmUp decides what happens to the data described on this page, which makes us the controller for it. Questions, deletions, complaints, and anything this page did not answer:
